Etude d’un Bâtiment (R + 4) à usage d’habitation à Contreventement mixte en zone sismicité IIa Skikda

Abstract

Ce projet présent une étude détaillée d'un Bâtiment à usage d’habitation à contreventement constitué d’un RDC + 4 étages, implanté à la commune de Skikda cette région est classé en zone sismiques IIa selon le RPA99 version 2003. En utilisant les nouveaux règlements de calcul et vérifications du béton armé (RPA99V2003, DTR et BAEL91 modifié99, cette étude se compose de six chapitres: Le premier chapitre commence par les généralités du et une description générale du projet avec une présentation des propriétés des matériaux, ensuite le deuxième chapitre pré dimensionnement de la structure et la descente des charges. Le troisième chapitre a pour objectif d'étude des éléments secondaires (poutrelles, escaliers et acrotère). L'étude sismique de la structure a été entamée dans le quatrième chapitre par logiciel Robot Structural Analysis afin de déterminer les différentes sollicitations dues aux chargements L’étude des éléments résistants de la structure (poteaux, poutres) sera calculé dans le cinquième chapitre. et en fin pour les fondations seront calculé dans le dernier chapitre.
