Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على واقع التكوين الأكاديمي لخريجي معهد علوم و تقنيات نشاطات التربية البدنية و الرياضية وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 26أستاذا من أساتذة معهد علوم و تقنيات نشاطات التربية البدنية والرياضية بمعهد ورقلة تم اختيار العينة بطريقة الحصر الشامل من خلال إعتماد الإستبيان توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية :_ تتماشى برامج التكوين الأكاديمي لخريجي معهد علوم وتقنيات نشاطات التربية البدنية و الرياضية مع متطلبات سوق العمل _ برامج التكوين لا تنتج طلبة ذوي قدرات تتماشى مع متطلبات سوق العمل

This study aimed to indentify the reality of the academic formation of graduates of the institute of sciences and techniques of physical education and sports activities .the study sample consisted of 26professores from the institute of sciences and techniques of physical and sports education activities ouargla .the sample was selected in a inventory method by adopting a questionnaire . we reached a group of the most important results._ academic formation programs for graduates of the institute of science and technology of physical education and sports activities are in line with the requirements of the labor market formation programs do not produce students with abilities that are in line with the requirements of labor market.
