أثر فعالية الحكومة والانفاق الحكومي على النمو الاقتصادي: دراسة قياسية على مجموعة من دول عرب افريقيا The effect of Government Effectuveness and Government Expenditure on Economic Growth: Econometric Study on a group of Arabic African Countries

Abstract

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى دراسة تأثير الانفاق الحكومي وفعالية الحكومة على النمو الاقتصادي في عينة مكونة من 6 دول من عرب افريقيا، باستخدام نماذج البانل والتكامل المشترك في فترة زمنية من 2002-2018، وقد خلصت الدراسة الى وجود علاقة إيجابية بين الانفاق الحكومي والنمو الاقتصادي من جهة، ووجود علاقة سلبية بين فعالية الحكومة والنمو الاقتصادي من جهة أخرى، إضافة الى وجود علاقة طويلة الاجل بين متغيرات الدراسة. This paper aims to study the impact of government expenditure and government effectiveness on economic growth in a group of 6 Arab African countries during the period 2002-2018. Where we used the panels models and coinegration. In the results of this study we found a positive effect of government expenditure on economic growth, negative effect of government effectiveness on economic growth, and the existence of a long-term equilibrium relationship between study’s variables.
