Abstract

الملخص: يهدفهذاالبحثالىدراسةضماناتحمايةحقوقالإنسانفيالتشريعالجزائريوالذيحاولنامنخلالهمعرفةمدىتطبيقالمشرعالجزائريللقوانينالدوليةلحمايةحقوقالإنسان علىالصعيدالداخليكماسلطنا الضوءعلىأهم ضماناتالحمايةفيالتشريعالجزائريوآليات الحمايةالمتمثلةفيمجموعةالمنظماتوالهيئاتالتيتعنىبالدفاععنحقوقالإنسان وحرياتهاالأساسية كماتهدفإلىترقيتها.

Abstract : This paper is aiming to study the guarantees for the protection of human rights in the Algerian legislation, through which we tried to find out the extent to which the Algerian legislature applies the international laws to protect human rights at the internal level. We also shed light on the most important guarantees of protection in Algerian legislation and the protection mechanisms represented by the group of organizations and bodies concernedwith the defense of human rights and fundamental freedoms and aims to promote them.

Résumé: Cet article a pour objectif étudier les garanties de protection des droits de homme dans la législation algérienne, à travers lequel nous avons essayé de savoir dans quelle mesure le législateur algérien applique les lois internationales pour protéger les droits de homme au niveau interne. Nous avons également mis en lumière les garanties de protection les plus importantes dans la législation algérienne et les mécanismes de protection représentés par ensemble des organisations et organismes concernés par la défense des droits dehomme et des libertés fondamentales et visant à les promouvoir.
