| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study was to find out the relationship between professional pressure and motivation of achievement among the Employees of Rizeeq Al-Bashir Hospital. This study was applied on a sample of )250(employees who were selected in a comprehensive survey method. The study tools consisted 2 scales each one comprises 15 items . The descriptive method was adopted to answer the following questions: 1 -What is the level of professional pressure of the employees of the hospital of the province of Bashir in bousadaa? 2 -What is the level of motivation of hospital achievement of the employees of the of the province of Bashir in bousadaa? 3 -Is there a relationship between the professional consensus and achievement motivation of the staff of the hospital of Rizeeq al-Bashir in bousadaa ? | en_US |
