dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify the relationship between psychological burnout and organizational loyalty among primary education teachers and knowing the level of psychological burnout among teachers , it also determine whether there were differences in psychological burnout according to personal variables (social statue and age) the study sample consisted of 165 teachers, in according with the nature of the study , we used Maslash psychological burnout questionnaire and porter’s organizational loyalty questionnaire , the study showed that .There is a negative correlation between psychological burnout and organizational loyalty .The level of psychological burnout is high in emotional exhaustion and personal accomplishment and moderate in depersonalization .There are statistically significant differences in psychological burnout between teachers due to the variables (age and social status).en_US
