Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر العوامل الحاسمة على نجاح تنفيذ نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات في المؤسسة الوطنية للتنقيب، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في إجمالي مستخدمي نظام ERP، ومن بين هذا المجتمع تم اختيار عينة عشوائية قدرها (180) فردا، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي، أما الأداة فتمثلت في الاستبيان، وتمت معالجة البيانات بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS v26، وذلك باستخدام العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود اهتمام مرتفع بكل من العوامل الحاسمة وتنفيذ النظام، تؤثر كل من الإدارة العليا والاتصال والتدريب على نجاح تنفيذ النظام. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the impact of critical factors on the success of the implementation of the enterprise resource planning system in the National Institution for Exploration, where the study community represented in the total users of the ERP system, and from among this community a random sample of (180) individuals was selected, and the analytical method was relied on, As for the tool, it was the questionnaire, and the data was processed by the statistical program SPSS v26, using many statistical methods, and the study found a high interest in each of the critical factors and system implementation. Senior management, communication and training affect the success of system implementation.
