دور اليقظة التكنولوجية في دعم الإبداع التكنولوجي في المؤسسة الإقتصادية The role of technological vigilance on supporting technological innovationin the economic institution

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الذي تلعبه اليقظة التكنولوجية كأحد أبعاد اليقظة الإستراتيجية وكعامل إستراتيجي مهم في تعزيز الإبداع التكنولوجي في مؤسسة (كوندور) لإنتاج الأجهزة الالكترونية والكهرومنزلية بولاية برج بوعريريج، ومن أجل الإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة قمنا بإسقاط الجانب التطبيقي على المؤسسة الصناعية كوندور كنموذج للدراسة ، وذلك بإستخدام استبانة مكونة من 45 فقرة، موجهة لفئة االمسؤولين بالمؤسسة، حيث تمت معالجة البيانات عن طريق استخدام برنامج spss والإعتماد على الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: يوجد هناك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (0.05 ≥ α) لليقظة التكنولوجية على الإبداع التكنولوجي،كما وجد تأثير لليقظة التكنولوجية على أبعاد الإبداع التكنولوجي والمتمثلة في (الإبداع التكنولوجي في المنتج والإبداع التكنولوجي في العمليات)، أي أنه هناك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى المعنوية (0.05 ≥ α) بين اليقظة التكنولوجية وأبعاد الإبداع التكنولوجي. Abstract: This study aims to identify the role played by technological vigilance as one of the dimensions of strategic vigilance and as an important strategic factor in promoting technological innovation in the Condor institution, for producing electronic and electrical home appliances in the state of Bordj Bordj Bou Arreridj. Using a questionnaire contain 45 phrases directed to the officials and frameworks of the institution, where the data was processed by using the SPSS program and relying on descriptive statistical methods. Where the study reached the following results: There is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) for technological vigilance on Technological innovation, and the effect of technological vigilance was found on the two dimensions of technological innovation, which are represented in (the technological innovation of the product and the technological innovation of the processes), that means there is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between technological vigilance and the dimensions of technological innovation.
