Abstract

ملخـــص الدراســـة:

تشير الدراسة إلى التعرف على التغيرات الحاصلة خلال السنوات الاخيرة ببلدية توقرت، وذلك من خلال عرض وتفسير كل ما يتعلق مساهمة القطاع الخاص في تفعيل التنمية المحلية على المستوى المحلي، وقد اعتمدنا على المقارنة وتحليل والتعرف على البرامج والمخططات التنموية للبلدية وبعض الاحصائيات للمشاريع المنجزة في عدة قطاعات منها القطاع الصناعي -الفلاحي والتجاري... خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2015/2020 لصالح متطلبات السكان كاستجابة لمتطلباتهم واحتياجاتهم ، والكشف عن الحقائق المهمة لواقع التنمية المحلية في بلدية توقرت ، وعن الانجازات المحققة من المشاريع التنموية كتلبية لمتطلبات السكان ، المتمثلة في التوصيل بالكهرباء والغاز لكافة الأحياء داخل البلدية ، وإنجاز المشاريع العمومية الحيوية وتجهيزهم ،بالإضافة إلى بناء دور الثقافة والحدائق العامة والمنشآت الرياضية ...، كما أن الدراسـة تشير إلى وجود بعض الصعـوبات والعوائق الخاصة بإنجاز المشاريع ،بالإضـافة إلى عدم الانطلاق في بعض المشاريع ، والفشــل في إنجـازها ،كما أعطـت توضيحات رقمية وبيانية لوصف الوقائع الحاصلة خــلال الفترة 2015/2020.
