Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع التغطية الصحية في الجزائر وتأثيرها على جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة للمستفيدين وهذا للفترة (2013-2018)، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باعتباره المنهج المناسب لهذه الدراسة، هذا وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن التغطية الصحية سواء كانت الطبية أو شبه الطبية أو السريرية منخفضة جدا بالمنظومة الصحية الجزائرية ما يجعل هذه الأخيرة غير قادرة على تلبية احتياجات ورغبات جميع المستفيدين، وهذا من شأنه ينقص من حدة وفعالية القطاع الصحي في الجزائر، هذا وقد أوصت هذه الدراسة إلى ضرورة اهتمام الوزارة الوصية بجانب الملموسية من خلال إرساء محيط داخلي مميز ينعكس إيجابا على الحالة النفسية المستفيد وعلى صحته، من خلال توفير أماكن استقبال وانتظار مناسبة وتوفير إقامة مميزة حتى يشعر المستفيد بأنه بين أياد آمنة تكفل له الشفاء. الكلمات المفتاح : التغطية الصحية؛ جودة الخدمات الصحية ؛ مؤشرات تقييم الخدمات الصحية؛ قطاع الصحة في الجزائر؛. Abstract: This study aims to identify the reality of health coverage in Algeria and its impact on the quality of health services provided to beneficiaries, and this is for the period (2013-2018), The descriptive analytical method was relied upon as the appropriate method for this study, This study has concluded that the health coverage, whether medical, semi-medical or clinical, is very low in the Algerian health system, which makes the latter unable to meet the needs and desires of all beneficiaries, This would reduce the intensity and effectiveness of the health sector in Algeria, This study recommended the need for the ministry to pay attention to the aspect of tangibility by establishing a distinct internal environment that will reflect positively on the psychological state of the beneficiary and his health, By providing suitable reception and waiting places and providing a distinguished accommodation so that the beneficiary feels that he is in safe hands to ensure his recovery
