dc.description.abstractThe current study aims to detect the stress coping strategies used by health sector nurses in The State of Ouargla during the Corona pandemic, to achieve the objectives of the research we used a descriptive analytical method, we used the scale of coping strategies for Ouakli Badiaa researcher, and we chose a representative sample of 64 nurses, after statistical analysis of the results by the statistical system (spss v20), She indicated: - The use of health sector nurses for coping strategies focused on: problem solving, effective response, social support request, and emotional response to pressures in the context of the Corona pandemic. - There are no differences in the coping strategies according to the gender variable (males,females). - There are differences in the problem-solving strategy and effective confrontation in favour of the senior professional nurses, and no differences in the coping strategies based on: social support, avoidance, and emotional confrontation in nurses while responding to the Corona pandemic.en_US
