وهناك قواعد متعارف عليها ولها شروط لتطبيقها وهي قاعدة الجزائي يوقف المدني وكدا العكس صحيح في بعض الحاالت ادن لهاته القواعد تأثير متبادل على كل من القاضي الجزائي و القاضي المدني

Par nos recherches, nous avons conclu que le jugement de condamnation a autorité absolue, que ce soit devant les juridictions civiles ou pénales Il y a des règles bien connues qui ont des conditions d'application, c'est la règle du criminel arrêtant le civil, et l'inverse est vrai dans certains cas, ces règles ont un effet mutuel tant sur le juge pénal que sur le juge civil.
