استعمال الوسائل الكمية والكيفية في التخفيف من مشكلة الانتظار في المستشفيات (مستشفيات مدينة ورقلة أنموذجا)

Abstract

من خلال هذه الدراسة تم تطبيق نماذج صفوف الانتظار على بعض المؤسسات الصحية لولاية ورقلة حيث ان الهدف الرئيسي من هذه الدراسة هي ابراز دور الطرق الكمية والكيفية في حل مشكلة الانتظار. توصلت الدارسة الى انه مهما كانت الطرق الكمية ناجحة في إيجاد الحلول لتخفيف من مشكلة الانتظار تبقى حلول نظرية قاصرة امام الواقع المعاش لذلك كان لزاما علينا ان نهتم أكثر بالحلول الكيفية لأنها تمس مباشرة طالب الخدمة الصحية.

Through this study, waiting queue models were applied to some health institutions in the state of Ouargla, as the main objective of this study is to highlight the role of quantitative and qualitative methods in solving the problem of waiting. The study concluded that no matter how successful the quantitative methods are in finding solutions to alleviate the waiting problem, theoretical solutions remain deficient in front of the lived reality. Therefore, we had to pay more attention to qualitative solutions because they directly affect the health service applicant
