النظام الانتخابي ودوره في تعزيز المشاركة السياسية الانتخابات التشريعية 2021

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: جاء الحراك الشعبي نتيجة لتعفن الوضع السياسي وتنامي الوعي السياسي لدى الشعب، فكانت الانتخابات أول اختبار حقيقي للإصلاح السياسي، بعد تعديل النظام الانتخابي في محاولة الاستجابة لصوت المواطن الذي خرج للحراك وتنظيم الحياة السياسية و استحداث السلطة المستقلة ومنحها صلاحيات الإشراف على الانتخابات، وإجراء تعديلات في قانون الانتخابات كانت أهم ما جاء في هذه الانتخابات التي عرفت فتور نوعا ما. وتم استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لشرح برامج الانتخابية كبديل وكذلك من أسباب فتور الحملة الانتخابية غياب المال الفاسد وشراء الذمم . عموما هذه الإصلاحات مكنت شرائح واسعة من الشباب الجامعي والعنصر النسوي من خوض غمار الانتخابات وعرفت تواجد طبقة سياسية جديدة .
