Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على المخاطر التشغيلية بشكل عام، وآلية احتسارأس ب المال اللازم لمواجهتها وفق مقررات لجنة بازل، وفحص وتحديد حجم ونطاق المخاطر التشغيلية التي تواجه البنوك العاملة في الجزائر ومدى كفاءة البنوك في التعامل معها وإدارتها بما ينسجم مع مبادئ الممارسات السليمة لإدارة وضبط المخاطر التشغيلية، وبالتالي تقدير مدى جاهزية البنوك لتطبيق متطلبات بازل فيما يتعلق بتكوين رأس المال اللازم لمواجهة المخاطر التشغيلية.

This study aims to identify operational risks in general, and the mechanism of calculating The capital required to meet them in accordance with the decisions of the Basel Committee, and to examine and determine the size and scope of the operational risks facing banks operating in Algeria and the extent of the banks’ efficiency in dealing with and managing them in line with the principles of sound practices for managing and controlling operational risks, and thus estimating the readiness of banks to apply Basel requirements regarding the formation of The capital required to face operational risks.
