Remote litigation is considered one of the forms of the technological and technical advancements that is being used in the field of Justice, as long as it is applied correctly and gradually in the judicial administration to have positive outcomes. These outcomes include quick legal transactions, unified and simple litigation procedures and a contribution in cyber security. The use of electronic means of communication, in judicial notification and other lawsuit procedures, has been extended by the Algerian legislator to include new ways of administrative lawsuit filing in an attempt to develop and digitize the Justice sector as well as to transform litigating procedures from a paper-system to an electronic one.en_US
