dc.description.abstractThe study deals with the status of civil society in the political reform process that Algeria initiated after the popular movement that began on February 22, 2019, whether in relation to the legal framework, especially the constitutional amendment of 2020, or the contribution of these organizations to various political events, in order to provide scientific and practical suggestions for how to participate Citizens in decision-making and the conduct of public affairs, and adopted the case study approach, aided by the legal approach. Although the constitutional referendum established the legal framework that strengthens the status of civil society, it needs promulgation texts to achieve this endeavour.en_US
