In this work, we studied the interaction of solar radiation with a mixture of natural materials in order to generate electrical energy through solar radiation, where we dealt initially with presenting generalities about solar radiation and then touched in some detail on semiconductors. Then we performed some technical analyzes, which is X-ray diffraction DRX MEB, scanning electron microscopy, FTIR, UV-visible spectroscopy. Through it, we have reached the possibility of generating energy from a mixture of a semiconductor (cell) of natural materials, which is sand rich in the element silicium, and the remains of dry desert plants rich in minerals, by adding a little water and exposing it to direct sunlighten_US
