معالجة القنوات العربية لبرامج النقد السياسي الساخر دراسة تحليلية لبرنامج فوق السلطة بقناة الجزيرة إخبارية

Abstract

تعد البرامج نقدية السياسية الساخرة حديثة الظهور في القنوات العربية وأسلوب حديث لطرح القضايا السياسية ،لذلك انطلقت هذه الدراسة من البحث في كيفية معالجة برنامج الساخر فوق السلطة لقضايا السياسية ومعرفة أهم القضايا التي علاجها مجتمع بحث درستنا،بمأن هذه الدراسة تصنف ضمن الدراسات التحليلية فقد قمنا بتحليل مضامين برنامج فوق السلطة وأجريت على عينة قدرت ب 12 حلقة من برنامج بحيث اخترنا بطريقة قصدية، بالاعتماد على منهج الوصفي ،و أداة تحليل المضمون للجمع البيانات والاعتماد على النظرية الإطار الإعلامي، وتكمل أهمية الدراسة في معرفةأهم القضايا التي طرحها البرنامج . توصلنا إلى مجموعة من نتائج من بينها: اللغة مستخدمة في برنامج فوق السلطة لغة العربية الفصحى وإستخدام البرنامج مجموعة من مؤثرات الصوتية وأبرزها الموسيقى الحماسية، ويهدف البرنامج كسر هيبة الحكام والتوعية والتوجيه وركز على المعارضة من القضايا ويركز برنامج على قيم الأخلاقية والسياسية وإجتماعية ، عالج برنامج فوق السلطة القضايا السياسية بأسلوب ناقد بدرجة أولى ،وطريقة تهكمية ساخرة ، فهدف البرنامج النقد السياسي بطريقة ساخرة.

Satirical political critical programs are the latest appearance in Arab channels and a modern way to raise political issues So this study started with research on how to address the cynical overpower program of political issues and learn about the most important issues that our research community has addressed, Since this study is classified as an analytical study, we analyzed the contents of the overpower program and conducted a sample estimated at 12 episodes of the program so that we chose in a deliberate manner based on the description approach, the content analysis tool for data collection and the reliance on media framework theory and complements the importance of the study in identifying the most important issues raised by the programme. We have reached a series of conclusions, including: The program uses a range of sound influences, most notably loud music. The program aims to break the prestige of governors, raise awareness and direction. It focuses on opposition from issues and focuses on moral, political and social values. The program addresses political issues in a first-degree critical manner and a cynical satirical way.
