Abstract

The study was initiated with the main question: How does the virtual community affect the reshaping of social relationships? This study aims to understand the impact of virtual communities on reshaping social relationships within families, relatives, friends, and neighbors. The descriptive method and questionnaire tool were used to collect data from a purposive sample of 30 participants. The study findings are as follows: The use of social media platforms has strengthened and reunited families, particularly by leveraging positive aspects. The use of social media platforms has significantly facilitated communication among neighbors and friends, especially during challenging times.
