dc.description.abstractThe recent study aimed at knowing the level of counseling self-efficacy of psychological guidance and counselling counselors. and the descriptive analytical Method was used by us. Thus, in order to achieve the study aims, we relied on the counseling self-efficacy criteria for each of (Lent, Hill &Hoffman 2003).Then, after confirming the psychometric characteristics, it was applied on (43) counselors samples in the school and professional guidance and counseling center in Adrar during the school year2018/2019. Were chosen by the comprehensive inventory Method, After data processing through a statistical package programme (SPSS) the results were: counseling self-efficacy level is medium with the sample members and there are no significant differences in self-efficacy related to sex variable. Also, counseling self-efficacy is not affected by:(scientific specializations, professional experiences and intervention sector. These findings can be explained in the light of theoretical framework and previous studies.en_US
