dc.description.abstractThis study aims to examine the factorial structure and psychometric properties of the organizational commitment scale by using construct validity. To reveal this structure and confirm the properties .The scale was applied to 240 civil protection agents in the Algerian environment. The results indicate that the organizational commitment scale has a triple factor structure represented in emotional commitment, normative commitment, and continuity commitment.en_US
