دور حواجز السلامة الأمنية في التقليل من حوادث العمل المهنية حسب العوامل المتسببة فيها – حالة مؤسسة سوناطراك فترة: 2011-2022 The Role Of Safty Barriers In Reducing Occupational Accident Based on their Contributing Factors

Abstract

هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعرف على الدور الذي تلعبه حواجز السلامة الأمنية في التحكم والسيطرة في مخاطر الصناعة النفطية، وذلك من خلال مجموعة من الأساليب والاجراءات المادية وغير المادية في شكل طبقات دفاعية تهدف إلى التقليل من شدة وخطورة اصابات العمل المهنية حسب العوامل المتسببة فيها، وتمت الدراسة الميدانية في المديرية الجهوية للإنتاج سوناطراك بحاسي مسعود، وخلُصت إلى أن العوامل البشرية هي المتسبب الأكبر في وقوع حوادث العمل المهنية بنسبة 46% من اجمالي حوادث العمل، ثم تليها العوامل التنظيمية والبيئية بنسبة 20%، وفي المرتبة الثالثة حوادث خارج أوقات العمل بنسبة 13%، وأخيرا تأتي العوامل التقنية بنسبة 11%، بالإضافة أسباب أخرى متفرقة بنسبة 10%، وهو ما يدعو إلى ضرورة تعزيز ثقافة الحواجز الأمنية ودورها الفعال في التقليل من شدة وخطورة حوادث العمل المهنية. Abstract: The aim of this research paper was to identify the role of safety barriers in controlling and mitigating risks in the oil industry. This was achieved through a range of physical and non-physical methods and procedures in the form of defensive layers aimed at reducing the severity and danger of occupational injuries based on the factors that cause them. The field study was conducted in the regional directorate of production of Sonatrach in Hassi Messaoud. The study concluded that human factors are the biggest cause of occupational accidents, accounting for 46% of all accidents, followed by organizational and environmental factors at 20%. Thirdly, accidents outside working hours accounted for 13%, and technical factors accounted for 11%. In addition, other miscellaneous causes accounted for 10%. This highlights the importance of reinforcing the culture of safety barriers and their effective role in reducing the severity and danger of occupational accidents
