Organizational Development Requirements in Light of Algerian Environmental Changes - Case Study of the Sonelgaz Company, the Agency of Biskraمتطلبات التطوير التنظيمي في ظل المتغيرات البيئة الجزائرية - -

Abstract

جاءت الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على طبيعة مجالات التطوير التنظيمي من وجهة نظرا لعاملين بشركة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بسكرة. وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة استخدم الباحثين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. أما مجتمع الدراسة فتكون من العاملين بشركة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز والبالغ عددهم 702 فردا، كما بلغت عينة الدراسة 122 فردا، أي ما يمثل نسبة 17.37 % من مجتمع الأصلي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحثين بتصميم استمارة، وتتكون من ( 05 ) بيانات شخصية و( 38 ) فقرة وزعت بين التطوير التنظيمي، وقام الباحثين بعرض الاستبانة على 12 محكماً. كما قام الباحثان حليل استجابات فقرات العينة مستخدما أسلوب الرزم الإحصائية للدراسات . (spss) الاجتماعية توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: -مستوى التطوير التنظيمي متوسط من وجهة نظر العاملين بشركة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بسكرة. -مستوى مجالات لتطوير التنظيمي (الاستراتيجيات والأهداف، التشريعات والقوانين واللوائح، الهيكل التنظيمي، أساليب وإجراءات العمل، التكنولوجيا والتقنية المستخدمة، تنمية الموارد البشرية) متوسطة من وجهة نظرا لعاملين بشركة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بسكرةThe current study came to identify the nature of the areas of organizational development from the point of view of the employees of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company in Biskra. To answer the study questions, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method. As for the study population, it consisted of employees of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company, who numbered 702 individuals, and the study sample amounted to 122 individuals, which represents 17.37% of the original community. 38) paragraph distributed among organizational development, The researchers presented the questionnaire to 12 arbitrators. The researcher also analyzed the responses of the sample paragraphs using the statistical packages method for social studies (spss). The study reached the following results: - The level of organizational development is average from the point of view of the employees of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company in Biskra. - The level of organizational development areas (strategies and objectives, legislation, laws and regulations, organizational structure, work methods and procedures, technology and technology used, human resource development) is medium from the point of view of employees of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company in Biskra
