مقارنة أثر الإيرادات النفطية على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر وفي السعودية 2020-2000

Abstract

تهدف هذه المذكرة إلى دراسة مقارنة أثر الإيرادات البترولية على النمو الاقتصاد في الجزائر وفي السعودية من فترت (2000-2020) وذلك في ظل التقلبات التي تعرفها أسعار البترول نتيجة الصدمات والأزمات المتعاقبة، ولأجل هذا اعتمدت هذه المذكرة على دراسة قياسية وذلك بالاستعانة بمنهجية التكامل المشترك لنموذج الانحدار الذاتي للإبطاء الموزع(ARDL) لاختبار العلاقة طويلة الأجل وحتى قصيرة الأجل بين عائدات البترولية والناتج المحلي الإجمالي. خلصت الدراسة الى وجود علاقة توازنيه طويلة الأجل بين المتغيرين، وهو ما يدعم الارتباط الوثيق للاقتصاد الجزائري والسعودي بقطاع المحروقات، ما يبقي النمو الاقتصادي رهنا للموارد المتأتية من القطاع النفطي، وعليه وجب على الحكومة لكل بلد أن تسلك نهج السياسة القوية وتدعم التنوع الاقتصادي لتحقيق تنمية مستدامة

This note aims to study a comparison of the impact of petroleum revenues on economic growth in Algeria and Saudi Arabia from the period (2000-2020) in light of the fluctuations in oil prices as a result of successive shocks and crises, and for this reason this note relied on a standard study using the joint integration methodology of the self-regressive model of distributed deceleration (ARDL) to test the long-term and even short-term relationship between oil revenues and GDP The study concluded that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the two variables, which supports the close link of the Algerian and Saudi economies with the hydrocarbon sector, which keeps economic growth dependent on the resources derived from the oil sector, and therefore the government of each country must take a strong policy approach and support economic diversification to achieve sustainable development
