Abstract

الملخص: يعتبر عقد تحويل الفاتورة من اهم البدائل التمويلة الحديثة للمؤسسات، فاضافة الى الخدمات المالية يوفر عقد الفاكتورينغ خدمات إقتصادية اخرى كتحصيل الديون التجارية والضمان المالي وتمويل الاستثمارات، وهذا ما يساهم في تطوير انشطة المؤسسات وتحسين فعاليتها، وتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية.

Résumé : Le contrat de transfert de facture est considéré comme l'une des alternatives de financement modernes les plus importantes pour les institutions. En plus des services financiers, le contrat d'affacturage fournit d'autres services économiques tels que le recouvrement des créances commerciales, la garantie financièreet le financement des investissements،Cela contribue au développement des institutions activités, en améliorant leur efficacité et en réalisant le développement économique.

Abstract: The invoice transfer contract is considered one of the most important modern financing alternatives for institutions. In addition to financial services, the factoring contract provides other economic services such as collecting commercial debts, financial guarantee and financing investments. This contributes to the development of institutions' activities, improving their effectiveness, and achieving economic development .
