Abstract

ملخص: إنالاهتمام بالمؤسسة والمنتوج الوطنيين شيء أساسي في عالم اليوم، نظرا للدور الذي تلعبه في تنمية الاقتصاد الوطني والتخفيف من عبئ فاتورة الاستيراد التي ترهق الخزينة العمومية، لذا تسعى الحكومات إلى دعمها، حيث وفرالمشرع الجزائري نصوصا قانونية وتشريعية، لدعم وتوفير الاحتياجات المالية لها ومرافقتها في مسارها الإنتاجي، لأنها تعتبر أحد الركائز التي تساهم في النهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني، وازدهاره وتطوره ومنافسته للاقتصادات العالمية الكبرى.
