Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة تأثير التدريب على إدارة المسار الوظيفي في شركة توزيع الكهرباء الغاز -مديرية التوزيع تمنراست- واعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها باستخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية بواسطة برنامج spss22، والتمكن من الإجابة على إشكالية دراستنا وتأكيد صحة الفرضيات أو نفيها وكذا منهج دراسة الحالة، من اجل محاولة إسقاط الجانب النظري على التطبيقي من خلال بناء استبيان يحتوي على مجموعة محاور تركز على أهمية التدريب في إدارة المسار الوظيفي واختيار عينة عشوائية متكونة من 30 موظف في شركة سونلغاز، وفي الأخير توصلت إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها أن شركة سونلغاز لديها مستوى متوسط في كل من التدريب وإدارة المسار الوظيفي كما أن للتدريب أثر ايجابي على إدارة المسار الوظيفي

This study aims to know the effect of training on career path management in the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company -Directorate of Distribution Tamanrasset- and we relied in this study on the descriptive analytical approach by analyzing the data obtained using a set of statistical methods by the spss22 program, and being able to answer the problem of our study and confirm The validity or denial of the hypotheses, as well as the case study approach, in order to try to drop the theoretical side on the applied one, by building a questionnaire that contains a set of axes focusing on the importance of training in career path management, and selecting a random sample consisting of 30 employees in the Sonelgaz company, and finally I reached a group of The results include that Sonelgaz has an average level in both training and career path management, and training has a positive impact on career path management.
