السلوك الانسحابي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي في ظل بعض المتغيرات -دراسة ميدانيةببعض ثانويات بلدية ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى السلوك الانسحابي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي،ولتحقيق هذا الغرض تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي ، وتم تبني وتعديل استبيان " دحمان سويسي " " ياسينمحجر " (2019) متكون من 68 بندا وقد تم تطبيقه على (30)أستاذا بثانويات مدينة ورقلة، لتقدير صدق الأداة و ثباتها والتي كانت مقبولة لحد كبير مما أدى إلى استخدامها في الدراسة بكل ثقة، ثم طبقت الأداة على العينة غير العشوائية العرضية قدرها (148) أستاذ من أساتذة مدينة ورقلة. بعد معالجة البيانات المتحصل عليها باستخدام حزمة SPSS نسخة (20)، تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - مستوى السلوك الانسحابي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بمدينة ورقلة مرتفع. - لا فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في السلوك الانسحابي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي تعزى لمتغير الجنس. - توجد فروقذات دلالة إحصائية في السلوك الانسحابي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي تعزى لمتغير السن. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في السلوك الانسحابي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي تعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية. وقد تمت مناقشة هذه النتائج على ضوء الدراسات السابقة والجانب النظري والواقع.

The study aimed to reveal the level of withdrawal behavior among secondary education teachers. To achieve this purpose, the descriptive exploratory approach was relied upon. “DahmanSwiss”.“YassinMahajar” questionnaire (2019)was adopted and modifiedwhich was consisted of 68 items. This questionnaire was applied to (30) secondary schools teachers in Ouargla, to estimate the validity and reliability of the tool, which was acceptable to a large extent, the fact whichleads to its confident use in this study.The tool,then,was applied to a non-random sample of (148) teachers from Ouargla city. After processing the data obtained using the SPSS programN 20, the following results were reached: The level of withdrawal behavior among secondary education teachers in Ouargla city is high. There are no statistically significant differences in the withdrawal behavior among secondary education teachers due to the gender variable. There are statistically significant differences in the withdrawal behavior of secondary education teachers due to the age variable. There are statistically significant differences in the withdrawal behavior of secondary school teachers due to the social status variable. These results have been discussed based on literature reviewstudies, theoretical aspect and reality.
