النظام القانوني لمراكز الردم التقني

Abstract

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى إسقاط الضوء على النظم القانونية المؤطرة لمنشأة معالجة النفايات، والمتمثلة في مراكز الردم التقني. خلصت الدراسة الى أن القانون 01 -19 يعتبر الإطار العام الذي تناول النص على هذه المنشاة، والذي أحال للتنظيم الأحكام المتعلقة بضبطها حرصا على تقديم أفضل أداء لها من حيث المعالجة والتثمين.

Abstract: This study demonstrates the legal regulations governing the waste treatment facility, which consists of technical landfill centers. This study concluded that law 01-19 is the general framework of the text relating to this facility, which is meant to organize the provisions relating to its operation so that it gives the best performance in the treating and the revaluating wastes which is its core business.

Résume : Cette étude démontre la règlementation légale régissant l’installation de traitement des déchets qui se compose de centres d’enfouissement technique. Cette étude a conclu que la loi 01-19est le cadre général du texte relatif à cette installation qui vise à organiser les dispositions relatives à son exploitation afin qu’elle donne les meilleures performances dans le traitement et la revalorisation des déchets qui est son cœur de métier.
