قياس الكفاءة التشغيلية في البنوك التجارية دراسة حالة عينة من لبنوك التجارية الجزائرية خلال الفترة 2020/2016

Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة قياس الكفاءة التشغيلية في البنوك التجارية للفترة 2016-2020 ، والهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تحليل اثر محددات الكفاءة التشغيلية ، حاولنا من خلالها عرض مفهوم الكفاءة التشغيلية وأهميتها ومحدداتها ومؤشراتها وطرق قياسها عن طريق المؤشرات المالية .ذ قمنا بدراسة تطبيقية بين ست بنوك سويسيتي جنرال و بنك باريبا و البنك العربي و البنك الخارجي و بنك الخليج و البنك الوطني الجزائري باستخدام أسلوب إحصائي Panel. تبين لنا من خلال نتائج تحليل فرضيات البحث انه يوجد تأثير المؤشرات(العائد على حقوق الملكية ، هامش الربح ، كفاية رأس المال ، السيولة ، العائد على الأصول) على الكفاءة البنكية ، وان تقدير النموذج العشوائي هو النموذج ملائم لهذه الدراسة

The study in hand deals with measuring employment efficiency in commercial banks between ( 2016 _ 2020). It aims at analyzing the impact of employment efficiency determinants Also, we shed light on the definition of employment efficiency, its determinants, importance, indications, as well as methods of measuring it through financial indicators represented in profitability and cash rations. We adopted the statistic method ( panel ) on six Algerian banks : bank ABC . Bank BNP. Bank SG. Bank BNA. Bank BEA. Bank AGB Through the results of hypothesis analysis, we found that there is an effect of indicators (returns on equity - profit margin - capital requirement – liquidity – assets proceeds ) on banking efficiency, and that the random model estimate is the appropriate model for this study
