الوعد بالجائزة في القـانون المدني الجزائري

Abstract

ملخص: إعتبر المشرع الجزائري الارادة المنفردة مصدر عاما للإلتزام ويسري التصرف بالإرادة المنفردة ما يسري على العقد بإستثناء أحكام القبول فالقواعد التي تنظم العقد هي نفسها التي تنظم التصرف بالإرادة المنفردة، كالوعد بجائزة الموجه للجمهور والذي يعتبر أهم تطبيق من تطبيقات الإرادة المنفردة.
