ملامح السياسة اللغوية في المنظومة التعليمية الجزائرية بين النظري والتطبيق

Abstract

لقد حاول البحث الموسوم بـ "ملامح السياسة اللغوية في المنظومة التعليمية بين النظري والتطبيق" أن يرصدموضوع السياسة اللغوية وتجلياتها في المنظومة التعليمية، سعيا منه إلى إظهار معالم السياسة اللغوية التي تدعو إلى إقرار اللغة العربية لغة رسمية ووطنية، وجب تدريسها في كل المراحل التعليميةالجزائرية.ويستهدف البحث بذلك المعالم السياسية الحاضرة في المنظومة التعليمية من خلال مرجعياتها، وتحليل موادها، وشرح لوائحها اللغوية المختلفة، لينتهي إلى إبراز حضور السياسة اللغوية في المنظومة التعليمية. وتُبيّن هذه الدراسة الكشف عن السياسة اللغوية المطبقة في الجزائر وفيتأثيرها في تعليمية اللغة العربية، مركزة على اللوائحالسياسة اللغوية لمعرفة مدى تطبيقها وتجلياتها في المنظومة التعليمية.

Cette étude de recherche intitulée "Caractéristiques de la politique linguistique dans le système éducatif entre théorie et pratique" tente d'observer le phénomène de la politique linguistique dans le système éducatif. Pour tenter de montrer les caractéristiques de la politique linguistique qui prévoit l'introduction de l'arabe comme langue officielle du pays. Il doit être enseigné dans toutes les écoles algériennes. Son but est de fournir les points de délimitation politique du système éducatif, en montrant ses références, l'analyse de ses matériaux et l'explication de ses différentes réglementations linguistiques. En conclusion, nous soulignons la présence de la politique linguistique dans le système éducatif. L'étude vise à identifier les politiques linguistiques appliquées en Algérie et leur impact sur l'enseignement de l'arabe. Il se concentre sur les règlements de la politique linguistique afin de déterminer l'étendue de leur application dans le système éducatif.

This research study entitled "Features of language policy in the education system between theory and practice" attempts to observe the phenomenon of language policy in the education system. In an attempt to show the features of the language policy that provides for the introduction of Arabic as an official language of the country. It must be taught in all Algerian schools. Its purpose is to provide the political delineations points of the education system, showing its references, the analysis of its materials and the explanation of its different language regulations. In conclusion, we emphasize the presence of language policy in the education system. The study aims to identify the language policies applied in Algeria and their impact on the teaching of Arabic. It focuses on the language policy regulations in order to determine the extent of their application in the education system.
