Abstract

ملخص واحدة من أبرز أسباب انتشار الفساد الإداري هي الغموض وانعدام الشفافية في الأعمال الإدارية. فعدم وجود شفافية في إدارة المؤسسات يعوق الطريق نحو التنمية والإصلاح الإداري. لذا، توليت الجهود والبرامج التي تهدف إلى تعزيز الشفافية ومكافحة الفساد. وعليه، تسعى الدولة جاهدة للاستفادة من التقدم التكنولوجي واستخدام وسائل الاتصال الحديثة وتكنولوجيا المعلومات في مكافحة الفساد الإداري وتعزيز الشفافية داخل الإدارة العامة. أصبح من الضروري اليوم على جميع الإدارات العامة القيام بجهود للتطوير والتحسين والتحديث، واستغلال التقدم التكنولوجي والمعلوماتي لدفع عجلة التنمية ومكافحة الفساد الاداري، وتحسين الخدمات المقدمة.

Abstract: One of the most prominent reasons for the spread of administrative corruption is the ambiguity and lack of transparency in administrative work, the lack of transparency in the management of institutions hinders the path to development and administrative reform, so efforts and programs aimed at enhancing transparency. Therefore, the state strives to take advantage of technological progress and the use of modern means of communication and Information Technology in combating administrative corruption and enhancing transparency within the public administration, it has become necessary today for all public administrations to make efforts to develop, improve and modernize, and exploit technological and information progress to advance development and fight administrative corruption, and improve the services provided

Résumé: L'un des principaux facteurs de la propagation de la corruption administrative est le manque de transparence et de clarté dans les affaires administratives. Le manque de transparence dans la gestion des institutions entrave le chemin vers le développement et la réforme administrative. Par conséquent, j'ai consacré des efforts et des programmes visant à renforcer la transparence. Ainsi, l'État s'efforce de tirer parti des avancées technologiques et d'utiliser les moyens de communication modernes et les technologies de l'information pour lutter contre la corruption administrative et renforcer la transparence au sein de l'administration publique. Il est devenu aujourd'hui nécessaire que toutes les administrations publiques déploient des efforts de développement, d'amélioration et de mise à jour, et exploitent les avancées technologiques et informatiques pour promouvoir le développement et lutter contre la corruption administrative, tout en améliorant les services fournis.
