واقع التعليم عن بعد في الجامعة الجزائرية في ظل جائحة كورونا دراسة حالة: جامعة ورقلة

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة : تضم الجامعة الجزائرية بصفة عامة وجامعة ورقلة بصفة خاصة، نمط حديث من التعليم يتمثل في التعليم عن بعد، لما له من أهمية في العملية التعليمية، ووفقا للازمة الصحية الأخيرة، كوفيد 19 تم إتباعه كعملية أساسية في التعليم العالي وكحل لتعذر التعليم الحضوري، حيث تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع التعليم عن بعد بجامعة قاصدي مرباح، والتعرف على آلية ممارسة هذه العملية والمصلحة المشرفة عليها بالجامعة و التطرق إلى فروعها من خلال دراسة ميدانية باستعمال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، في وصف الظاهرة واستعمال المقابلة لتقييم التفاعل عبر المنصة ، وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى ضرورة الاهتمام بتكوين الطلبة ،واعتماد التعليم عن بعد بصفة دائمة تكميلا للتعليم التقليدي بالإضافة توفير البيئة اللازمة والملائمة لتطبيق التعليم عن بعد.

Summary of the study : All Algerian universities, and the University of Ouargla in particular, contain a modern educational method of distance education, which is important in the educational process, and according to the recent Covid- 19 health crisis, distance education was considered an essential process. In higher education and as a solution to the impossibility of urban education, as this study seeks to reveal the reality of distance education at KassdiMerbah University, and to stand on the mechanism of practicing this process and the department supervising it in the university, and identifying its branches through a field study using the analytical descriptive approach, in describing the phenomenon and using the interview to evaluate the interaction through the platform, and this study concluded the need to pay attention to the formation of students, and the permanent adoption of distance education as a complement to traditional education, in addition to providing the necessary and appropriate environment for the application of distance education after that.

Résumé de l'étude : L'Université algérienne en général et l'Université de Ouargla en particulier incluent un style d'enseignement moderne représenté dans l'enseignement à distance, en raison de son importance dans le processus éducatif, et selon la récente crise sanitaire, le Covid-19 a été suivi comme processus de base. dans l'enseignement supérieur et comme solution à l'impossibilité de l'enseignement en personne, comme cette recherche. L'étude vise à révéler la réalité de l'enseignement à distance à l'Université KasdiMerbah, et à identifier le mécanisme de mise en pratique de ce processus et le département qui le supervise à l'Université KasdiMerbah. l'université, et aborder ses branches à travers une étude de terrain en utilisant l'approche descriptive et analytique, en décrivant le phénomène et en utilisant des entretiens pour évaluer l'interaction à travers la plateforme.Cette étude s'est conclue par Il est nécessaire de prêter attention à la formation des étudiants, et à adopter l'enseignement à distance de façon permanente pour compléter l'enseignement traditionnel, en plus de fournir l'environnement nécessaire et approprié pour l'application de l'enseignement à distance.
