التنظير غير الغربي في حقل العلاقات الدولية : نحو التوجه إلى توسيع الإطار النظري للحقل العلمي

الملخص :

إن حقل العلاقات الدولية ومنذ تأسيسهسنة 1919 يعيش هيمنة تنظيرية غربية ذات مركزية أوروبية والمستمدة أسسها وفرضياتها من الفلسفة و التاريخ الغربيين مهملة بذلك دور المجتمعات والأفكار والتجارب والممارسات التي تقع خارج الغرب ، مما جعل هذه النظريات الغربية / المهيمنة تقف عاجزة أحياناأمام تفسير / فهم ما يحدث في السياسة الدولية وبما أن علم العلاقات الدولية يجب أن يكون من أكثر العلوم الاجتماعية ليونة فإنه من الضروري التطرق إلى الأفكار والتجارب والممارسات التي تقع خارج الغرب وطرح الرؤى والمساهمات التنظيرية غير الغربية داخل الحقل العلمي لإضفاء المزيد من الشرعية والديمقراطية عليه بهدف تفكيك التعقيد و الغموض الذي يسود السياسة الدولية وكذلك لمسايرة

Abstract :

The field of international relations, since itsestablishment in 1919, has been dominated by a Western theoretical framework with a Eurocentric, derived from Western philosophical and historical assumptions. This has neglected the role of societies, ideas, experiences, and practices that fall outside the West, making these Western/dominant theories sometimes unable to explaining/understanding what is happening in international politics. As international relations should be one of the most flexible social sciences, it is necessary to address the ideas, experiences, and practices that fall outside the West and present non-Western theoretical contributions within the scientific field to provide more legitimacy and democracy to it, in order to unravel the complexity and mystery that prevails in international politics, as well as to keep up with its developments.
