Abstract

Ce travail présente une étude théorique et pratique de la sélection et de la vérification des paramètres de fonctionnement d'une pompe à boue de type triplex à simple effet. Le calcul des pertes de charge (débit, puissance et pression) liées aux étapes de forage. Les résultats de la vérification des performances de la pompe par calcul hydraulique et montrant les pièces mécaniques de la pompe à sélectionner. Assurer la longévité pendant le processus de forage, car il est érodé en raison de la présence de miettes de roche et d'additifs de boue de forage

يقدم هذا العمل دراسة نظرية وعملية لاختيار و التحقق من معلمات التشغيل لمضخة طين من النوع الثلاثي. حساب خسائر الرأس (التدفق و القوة والضغط) المتعلقة بمراحل الحفر. ونتائج فحص أداء المضخة عن طريق الحساب الهيدروليكي وبيان الأجزاء الميكانيكية للمضخة المراد اختيارها لضمان طول العمر أثناء عملية الحفر حيث أنه يتآكل بسبب وجود فتات الصخور وإضافات طين الحفر.

This work presents a theoretical and practical study of the selection and verification of the operating parameters of a triplex. The results of checking the performance of the pump by hydraulic calculation and showing the mechanical parts of the pump to be selected.
