Abstract

The project titled “Study, Realization and Maintenance of Industrial Processes”, it involves the design and implementation of a comprehensive control system for a milk factory. The system aims to automate and optimize the various processes involved in milk production, including Heating and Cooling water, milk storage, pasteurization and bottle packaging and finally clean the factory. The S71500 PLC will be used to control the various machines and equipment involved in the production process, while the HMI and SCADA system will provide a centralized monitoring and control interface for the system operators. The project will involve the selection and integration of appropriate hardware and software components, as well as the development of a user-friendly graphical interface for the HMI and SCADA systems. The ultimate goal of the project is to improve the efficiency, reliability, and quality of milk production in the factory, while also enhancing the user experience for the system operators.
