Abstract

ملخص من خلال دراستنا للموضوع حاولنا التقرب والتعرف على الوكيل المعتمد لدى الجمارك في القانون الجزائري، حيث كان لابد من المستوردين والمصدرين اللجوء اليه لتسهيل مختلف الاجراءات والتعاملات القانونية اللازمة وهذا نظرا لخبرته ومدى كفاءته في مجال جمركة السلع والبضائع، حيث أنه على علاقة قائمة مع ادارة الجمارك. تطرقنا لتبين مفهومه الخاص وكل التزاماته والمسؤولية الملقاة عليه والتعرف على أهم المهام والأدوار المكلفة اليه ويجدر الإشارة انه للقيام بنشاطه لابد منه الحصول على الاعتماد من ادارة الجمارك حسب المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 10/288 المتعلق بالأشخاص المكلفين بالتصريح المكلف للبضائع.

Résumé : À travers notre étude du sujet, nous avons essayé de nous rapprocher et de connaître l’agent approuvé par les douanes dans la loi algérienne، Lorsque les importateurs et les exportateurs ont dû y recourir pour faciliter les différentes procédures et transactions légales nécessaires, cela est dû à son expérience et à son efficacité dans le domaine des douanes de marchandises ، Comme il coopère avec l’administration des douanes. Nous avons abordé la preuve de sa propre compréhension et de toutes ses obligations et de la responsabilité qui lui incombait et l’identification des tâches et des rôles les plus importants qui lui étaient assignés et il convient de noter qu’exerce ses activités, il est nécessaire d’obtenir une accréditation de l’administration des douanes conformément au décret exécutif n ° 10/288 relatif aux personnes chargées du permis en charge des marchandises
