الاتصال الداخلي و دوره في تحسين الأداء دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر تقرت

Abstract

يلعب الاتصال الداخلي دورا كبيرا في تحفيز أداء العاملين من أجل تحسين أدائهم،حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلي معرفة دور الاتصال الداخلي في تحسين أداء ومعرفة مدى تأثير الاتصال الداخلي( اتصال الرسمي ، الاتصال الغير رسمي)على أداء وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي و أسلوب المسح الشامل الذي توافق مع الدراسة ولقد تم الاستعانة بخطوات إجراء الدراسة الميدانية بعينة من عمال مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر تقرت كما استعانة الباحثة بأداة الاستمارة والملاحظة لجمع المعلومات والتي تما توزيعها على عمال المؤسسة و من ثم جمعها و تفريغها وتحليلها ومناقشتها وفي الأخير عرض النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة وهي كالاتي : مفادها أن االتصال الداخلي يستخدم بجميع أشكاله (الرسمي صاعد نازل أفقي )و الغير رسمي في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر تقرت . فيما أقرت الباحثة كذلك في دراستها إلي أن الاتصال الداخلي له دور فعال في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة حيث أصبح عملية لا غنى عنها في ادارة الحديثة

The internal communication plays a major role in motivating the performance of employees in order to improvetheir performance, as thisstudyaims to know the role of internal communication in improving performance and to know the extent of the impact of internal communication (formal communication, informal communication) on performance. The researcherused the descriptive approach and the comprehensivesurveymethodWhichagreeswith the study, and the steps for conducting the fieldstudywereusedwith a sample of the workers of the Algeria Telecom Corporation, whichwasapproved. The researcheralsoused the form and observation tool to collect information thatwasdistributed to the workers of the institution and thencollected, unloaded, analyzed and discussed, and in the end presented the findings of the study, which are as follows: That the internal communication isused in all itsforms, formal (upwarddescending horizontal) and informal in Algeria Telecom Toggert. The researcheralsoadmitted in herstudythatinternal communication has an effective role in achieving the objectives of the institution, as it has become an indispensable .process in modern management
