Abstract

This research paper aims to determine some crimes committed by transmitting Corona virus and the extent to which this virus could be considered by the legislator as a mean of committing crimes. While the several criminal of Corona virus transmitting behaviour ,it stemmed from three crimes. The first crime is “Homicide “ or deliberate killing ,in which person infects others and cause death .The second is “ Manslaughter" or wrongful killing where a person infects others ,not in purpose and caused death. The last crime is the administration of noxious substances by the willful transmission to harm others but not causing death.
