Contribution à l’étude du système de gestion des déchets hospitaliers de l’hôpital Slimane Amirat de Touggourt

Abstract

Le sujet abordé dans notre étude revêt une très grande importance en tant que préoccupation majeure pour la santé publique et l’environnement. L’objectif de cette étude est de mettre la lumière sur la gestion des déchets hospitaliers dans l’Etablissement Hospitalier Slimane Amirat de Touggourt. Notre méthodologie de travail s’est appuyée sur une analyse qualitative et quantitative du système de gestion des déchets mis en place actuellement et sur des enquêtes menées auprès d’un échantillon du personnel de la structure. Les résultats de notre étude ont mis en évidence plusieurs défaillances dans le système de gestion actuel. Un certain nombre de recommandations ont été formulées afin de mieux prendre en charge ce secteur d’hygiène hospitalière, compte tenu de son importance capitale et de son rôle dans le maintien d’une santé publique seine et prospère.

تناولنا موضوعا في غاية الأهمية باعتباره يهتم بالصحة العامة والبيئة، يتمثل في تسيير و إدارة نفايات نشاطات الرعاية العلاجية على مستوى مستشفى سليمان عميرات بتقرت, تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع التسيير والآثار التي تنجم عن سوء التعامل مع هذه النفايات، نتيجة التسيير غير العقلاني للنفايات والذي أدى إلى المساس الخطير بالصحة العمومية، مما حتم ضرورة عصرنه القطاع بالتوجه نحو استخدام أساليب التسيير المستدام للنفايات الخطيرة المضرة بصحة و سلامة الأفراد المتعاملين بها و سلامة البيئة، ومن خلال تحليل النتائج تم التوصل إلى أن المؤسسة تقوم بمعالجة النفايات من أجل الوصول إلى إدارة سليمة، و إتباع معايير الصحة العالمية و رسم خطط و سياسات من قبل الجهات التي لها علاقة بالمجال وذلك من اجل إدارة ذات بعد مستدام, وتحت قيود القوانين وتوجيهات الجهات المهتمة والفاعلة في الميدان البيئي, تسعى الهيئات العلاجية اليوم إلى تطبيق تسيير مستدام لنفاياتها يفي بالحاجيات الصحية والسلامة البيئية للأجيال الحالية دون الإضرار بحاجيات الأجيال اللاحقة. ,

We addressed a very important topic as a concern for public health and the environment, namely waste management for the care activities at the SlimaneAmirat hospital in Touggourt. The objective of this study is to identify the reality of the management and the effects of the mismanagement of this waste, which has seriously compromised public health. It is therefore imperative that the sector modernize by adopting sustainable management practices for hazardous wastes that harm the health and safety of its clients and the safety of the environment. In analysing the results, it was concluded that the Foundation treats waste in order to achieve sound management, to follow global health standards and to formulate plans and policies by relevant stakeholders in order to manage with a sustainable dimension. Under the constraints of laws and the guidance of stakeholders and environmental actors, Today’s organizations seek to implement a sustainable management of their waste that respects the health integrity and environmental protection of present generations without prejudice to the needs of future generations.
