الأَمنُ الإلكترُونيُّ وأَثرهُ عَلى أَداءِ منظّمَاتِ الأَعمَالِ في ظلِّ التَّحوُّلاتِ الإِقتصاديَّة المُعَاصِرَةِ "دراسَة ُحالةِ شَركةِ مُوبِيلِيس الجَزائر"

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الأمن الإلكتروني على أداء منظمات الأعمال، حيث تم التركيز على أبعاد الأمن الإلكتروني (السّرية، التكامليّة، التّوافر، وعدم إنكار التّصرف) من جهة، ومحاور بطاقة الأداء المتوازن من جهة أخرى كنموذج للدراسة والتحليل، وتم اختيار شركة موبيليس لتكون محل هذه الدراسة، كما اعتمدنا على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، بحيث تم اختيار عينة من الموظفين الإداريين بلغت 89 موظفا. وتوصلت الدراسة في الأخير إلى عدة نتائج أهامها: تحقيق النجاح في تطبيق الأمن الإلكتروني من العوامل المهمة للنهوض بأداء المنظمات وتحقيق الميزة التنافسي لها، كما أن هناك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للأمن الإلكتروني على أداء شركة موبيليس–باب الزوار- الجزائر عند مستوى الدلالة α=0.05 بمعامل ارتباط 0.674 ومعامل تحديد 45 %، كما تبين أن دعم سياسات الأمن المعلوماتي وتنمية وعي الموظفين والتعلم المستمر والحملات التحسيسية، من أهم العوامل التي تعزز من مستوى الأمن لدى منظمات الأعمال وترفع من مستوى الأداء الكلي لها.

The study aimed to know the impact of electronic security on the performance of business organizations. Where the focus was on the dimensions of electronic security (confidentiality, complementarity, availability, and non-denial of behavior) on the one hand, and the axes of the balanced scorecard on the other hand as a model for study and analysis. Mobilis chosen to be the subject of this study; also, we relied on the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. A sample of 110 administrative employees have been selected. At the end, the study reached several results, the most important of which are: achieving success in the application of electronic security is one of the important factors for advancing the performance of organizations and achieving their competitive advantage. There is also a statistically significant impact of electronic security on the performance of Mobilis - Bab El Zouar - Algeria at the significance level α = 0.05 with a correlation coefficient of 0.674 and a coefficient of determination of 45%. It was found that supporting information security policies, employee awareness development, continuous learning and awareness campaigns are among the most important factors that enhance the level of security in business organizations and raise the level of their overall performance.
