dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify the reality of the organizational climate in the Jordanian Olympic sports federations, as well as the differences in this reality according to the specialization of the president federation, educational qualification, and type of sports federation variables. To achieve this, the researchers used the descriptive approach on a sample consisting of (91) members of the boards of Olympic sports federations directors for 2020/2021. The sample represented (14) individual sports federations and (3) team sports federations. The researchers used the Google Forms web tool to collect the study data, which consisted in its final form of (20) items related to organizational climate. To process the study data, the researcher used means, standard deviations, and 3- way Anova test. In addition, the study results have shown that the reality of organizational climate in the Olympic sports federations came to a medium degree (3.39), as well as the organizational structure field with the highest mean average (3.90) and a high degree. In addition, there were statistically significant differences in the communication style field according to the type of sport and in favor of team sports. Based on the results of the study, the researchers recommend the need to employ technology in the management of Olympic sports federations.en_US
