واقع تطبيق إدارة سلسلة التوريد المستدامة في المؤسسات الاقتصادية دراسة ميدانية لعينة من المؤسسات

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى استكشاف وافع تطبيق إدارة سلسلة التوريد المستدامة بالصناعة النفطية بالجزائر، وذلك بتقييم أثر القوى الدافعة على ممارسات إدارة سلسلة التوريد المستدامة، والأداء المستدام بمتغيراته الثلاثة؛ الأداء الاقتصادي، والبيئي والاجتماعي، إضافة إلى تحليل وساطة الممارسات المستدامة لعلاقة القوى الدافعة بالأداء الاقتصادي، والبيئي والاجتماعي، وتحليل الوساطة التفاعلية لمتغيري جنسية ونوع نشاط المؤسسة لعلاقة الممارسات المستدامة بمتغيرات الأداء. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام استبانة لجمع البيانات الأولية، حيث تمت المعالجة الإحصائية لـ 201 استمارة، باستخدام النمذجة بالمعادلة الهيكلية القائمة على المربعات الصغرى الجزئية التي يوفّرها برنامج SmartPLS. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، من أهمها وجود أثر إيجابي ذا دلالة إحصائية للقوى الدافعة على الأداء البيئي والاجتماعي، في حين أنّها نفت وجود أثر للقوى الدافعة على الأداء الاقتصادي. كما أثبتت وجود أثر للقوى الدافعة على مختلف الممارسات المستدامة، وأثبتت أيضا وجود أثر إيجابي ذا دلالة إحصائية لوساطة متغير الممارسات المستدامة لعلاقة القوى الدافعة ومتغيرات الأداء المستدام، وأثبتت وجود أثر إيجابي ذا دلالة إحصائية للوساطة التفاعلية لجنسية ونوع نشاط المؤسسة على علاقة الممارسات المستدامة والأداء البيئي، في حين أنّها نفت وجود نفس الأثر على علاقة الممارسات المستدامة والأداءين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي.

The study aimed to explore the application of sustainable supply chain management in the in Algeria’s Oil & Gas sector, by assessing the impact of driving forces on sustainable practices, and sustainable supply chain management performance, represented by three variables: economic, environmental and social performance. in addition, by analyzing the mediation effect of sustainable practices on the relationship of driving forces to economic, environmental and social performance, and the moderation effect of company’s nationality and type of activity on the relationship of sustainable practices and sustainable’s performance variables A questionnaire was used to collect the primary datas, where 201 questionnaires were statistically processed, using structural equation modeling based on partial least squares, provided by the SmartPLS program. The most important results reached by the study are: there is a significant positive impact of driving forces on environmental and social performance, while there is no significant impact on economic performance. It also proved the significant positive impact of driving forces on sustainable practices, as well as a significant positive impact of the mediation effect of sustainable practices on the relationship of driving forces and sustainable performance, as well as the existence of a significant positive moderation effect of the nationality and company’s type of activity only on the relationship of sustainable practices and environmental performance.
