Abstract

نعالج في هذه الورقة البحثية أهمية العمل والتصنيع لتحقيق تنمية المجتمع وأفراده من خلال الاعتماد على المؤسسة الصناعية التي توفر مناصب الشغل لطالبي العمل المؤهلين وتنمية قدراتهم من أجل استقرارهم فيها ، وتحقيق استقرارها في محيطها المتغير في ظل التغيرات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية ، خاصة في المجتمع الجزائري ومؤسساته الصناعية التي عرفت عدة تغيرات تنظيمية وتسيريه منذ مرحلة التسيير الذاتي إلى غاية مرحلة الخوصصة واقتصاد السوق ، الذي أعط تغير في الأفكار والتمثلات واكتساب معارف أخرى حول العمل ، وأهمية ذلك في تنمية المجتمع وأفراده ،فكيف تساهم المؤسسة الصناعية" تريفلور" في توفير فرص الشغل وتنمية قدرات الفرد والمجتمع الجزائري في ظل تغيراته الاقتصادية والاجتماعية ؟ وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الكيفي لدراسة الموضوع الذي تم بالمؤسسة الصناعية في القطاع العام "تريفلور" ، وتوصلنا إلى مساهمة هذه المؤسسة الصناعية بتنمية المجتمع بالحد من البطالة باعتمادها على توفير مناصب العمل معتمدة على عوامل أساسية للحصول عليه للعمل فيها ، وعلى إجراءات موضوعية لتكوينهم وتنمية قدراتهم واستقرارهم فيها. مما يساهم ذلك في التحكم في تغيرات المجتمع الاجتماعية والاقتصادية . Abstract: In this research paper, we address the importance of work and industrialization to achieve the development of society and its members by relying on the industrial establishment that provides jobs for qualified job seekers and develops their capabilities for their stability in it . especially in Algerian society and its industrial institutions that Several organizational and management changes have been known since the stage of self-management until the stage of privatization and the market economy which gave a change in ideas and representations and the acquisition of other knowledge about work, so How can work and the industrial establishment “TRIFILOR” contribute to providing job opportunities and developing the capabilities of the individual and Algerian society in light of its economic and social changes? We have relied on the qualitative approach to study the subject that was carried out in the industrial establishment in the public sector “TRIFILOR”. We reached the contribution of this industrial institution to the development of society by reducing unemployment by relying on the provision of jobs based on basic factors to obtain it , and on objective measures to develop their capabilities and stability in it .
