الاحتراق الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط دراسة استكشافية على عينة من الأساتذة ببعض متوسطات مدينة ورقلة

Abstract

تهدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الاحتراق الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط ،في بعضمتوسطات مدينة ورقلة ,حيث اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة كما اعتمدنا في جمع البيانات على استبيان من طرف الطالب(عامر تواتي حمد ), تم إعادة صياغته من طرف الطالبتين. وإخضاعه لبعض التعديلات وعرضه فيما بعد على مجموعة من الأساتذة المحكمين,ثم تم حساب خصائصه السيكومترية (الصدق، الثبات) و التأكد من صلاحيتها، ثم طبق على (93)من الأساتذة في بعض متوسطات مدينة ورقلة. (25)أستاذ و(68)أستاذة, تم اختيار هم بالطريقة العرضية ,وتم الاعتماد في المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات على المتوسط الحسابي واختبار "ت"لدراسة الفروق والتكرار والنسب المئوية (لوصف العينة ),بحيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الحالية إلى: _ وجود مستوى الاحتراق الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط مرتفع ، _ لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا لمستوى الاحتراق الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لمتغير الجنس _ لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيالمستوى الاحتراق الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي _ لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا لمستوى الاحتراق الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية

The purpose of the study was to investigate the level of job burnout among middle school teachers in some schools in Ouargla. The descriptive approach was followed in this study, and data were collected through a questionnaire administered by the student (Amer Touati Hamad) that was rephrased by the two students. It was modified and later presented to a group of expert teachers. Its psychometric properties (validity and reliability) were calculated, ensuring its integrity. The questionnaire was then administered to 93 teachers, consisting of 25 male and 68 female teachers, who were selected through convenience sampling. Statistical analysis of the data involved mean calculation, t-test for studying differences, frequency, and percentages for sample description. The results of the current study revealed that...
