التكوين ودوره في رفع مستوى الكفاءة المهنية دراسة ميدانية لجميع أساتذة متوسطتي الشهيد محمد بن لمكوشم ومتوسطة الطيبي الجمعي بولاية ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التكوين في رفع وتنمية مستوى الكفاءة المهنية للأساتذة بطور التعليم المتوسط من خلال اظهار دور البرامج التكوينية من زيارات داخلية وخارجية في رفع مستوى كفاءة الاساتذة في طور المتوسط، وتحديد محتوى التكوين وما يستلزم منه من ندوات علمية وأيام تكوينية ودوره في الكشف عن المهارات والقدرات التي لها علاقة بالتكوين أثناء الخدمة ومن أجل ذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج الميداني، واداة الاستمارة ثم الاعتماد على المسح الشامل، وفي الاخير تم الوصول الى نتائج التالية: _ للتكوين دور فعال في زيادة كفاءة الأستاذ في طور المتوسط. _ يساهم التكوين في تنمية القدرات والمهارات للأساتذة في طور المتوسط.

This study aimed to investigate the role of training in enhancing and developing the professional competence of teachers at the intermediate education level by showcasing training programs from internal and external visits to enhance teachers' competence at the intermediate level. It also aimed to identify the content of training, the necessary scientific seminars, training days, and its role in detecting skills and abilities related to training during service. For this purpose, a field methodology and a questionnaire tool were adopted, followed by comprehensive surveys. In conclusion, the following results were obtained: Training is an effective role in increasing the competence of teachers at the intermediate level. Training contributes to the development of capabilities and skills for teachers at the intermediate level.
