المعوقات الاجتماعية للمرأة المقاولة في المجتمع المحلي دراسة ميدانية على عينة من النساء المقاولات في مدينة ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الموسومة بعنوان المعوقات الاجتماعية للمرأة المقاولة في المجتمع المحلي ورقلة إلى الكشف عن المعيقات في مجال تفاعل المرأة المقاولة ومعرفة الواقع الاجتماعي الذي يعيق في عملية المقاولة للمرأة في محيطها على المستوى المجتمع المحلي ورقلة، وذلك خلال الموسم الجامعي2023/2024 على عينة قصدية متمثلة في 10 مقاولات ولقد تم الاعتماد على منهج البحث الميداني والكيفي الذي يتلاءم مع موضوع الدراسة واختيار المنهج كان من بين أهداف الدراسة أما الأداة التي استعملت لجمع البيانات فقد تمثلت في الملاحظة والمقابلة. لقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المعوقات الاجتماعية من الناحية الثقافية والأسرية والتنظيمية هي التي تشكل عائق في نشاط المرأة المقاولة وذلك من خلال النتائج التالية: - نظرة المجتمع لبعض المجالات التي تعمل فيها المرأة المقاولة لازالت سلبية فالمجتمع هو الذي يتقبل عمل المرأة المقاولة حسب نوع نشاطها في المقاولة. - أن المسؤولية الأسرية من المعوقات التي تعيق نشاط المرأة المقاولة وذلك لعدم التوازن بين الوظائف الأسرية وأعبائها و وظائف النشاط المقاولاتي مما يشكل خلل على مستوى النسق الأسري. - العائق الذي تشهده المرأة المقاولة في المجتمع المحلي ورقلة يكمن في نقص الكفاءة وعدم توفير تكوين في مختلف التخصصات المتنوعة.

The study entitled "Social impediments of women entrepreneurs in ouargla local community", called for the detection of obstacles in the area of women entrepreneurs' interaction and the knowledge of the social reality that impedes women's entrepreneurship in ouargla local community, and that's through the 2023/2024 academic year, an economic sample of 10 contractors was based on a field and qualitative research curriculum suited to the subject matter of the study and the selection of the curriculum was one of the objectives of the study. The tool used to collect data was observation and interview. The study found that social, cultural, family and organizational constraints constitute an obstacle to women's entrepreneurship through the following findings: - Society's perception of some areas in which women entrepreneurs work remains negative. Society accepts women entrepreneurs' work according to their type of entrepreneurial activity. - Family responsibility is one of the obstacles to women's entrepreneurial activity because of the imbalance between family functions and their burdens and entrepreneurial functions, which constitutes an imbalance at the family level. - The obstacle to women's participation in ouargla local community and the impediment to inefficiency and lack of training in various disciplines
