دورالمعلم في تعزيز القيم الاجتماعية لدى التلاميذ دراسة ميدانية على تلاميذ الخامسة ابتدائي بابتدائية حجاج الحاج لخير­ورقلة­

Abstract

يسـهم المعلم بصفـة أساسـية في تنميـة القيـم الاجتماعية لتلاميذه، فهـو الـذي يسـتطيع أن يبني علاقـات إنسـانية مسـتمرة مـع تلاميذه، رسمية وغير رسمية حيـث تتـاح لـه الفـرص المناسبة لإحداث التغيرات المطلوبة في سـلوك التلاميـذ وتقويمها، ومتابعـة نتائـج تلـك المؤثرات في إطـار سياسـة تربوية مدروسـة. وكمـا أن للمعلـم اهمية في إقامـة العلاقـات الانسانية البنـاءة مـع تلاميذه، فكذلـك لـه اهمية في تقويـة الروابـط بين التلاميذ أنفسـهم، وإشـباع رغباتهم، وإبعادهـم عـن المفاهيم والقيـم المخالفة للمبـادئ الاخلاقية الإسلامية، وهذا ما اسـتهدفه البحـث حول دور المعلم في تعزيز القيم الاجتماعية لدى التلاميذ. ومن أجل تحقيق هذه الأهداف اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي للوقوف على الدور الذي یقوم به المعلم في تعزيز القيم الاجتماعية لدى التلاميذ، كما هو موجود في الواقع، كما اعتمدنا على أداة الاستبانة لجمع المعلومات من الميدان والتي اشتملت على 70 مفردة مكونة من بنات وذكور تم اختیارهم بطريقة المسح الشامل خلال العام الدراسي 2023-2024.

The teacher fundamentally contributes to the development of social values among their students. They are capable of building ongoing human relationships with their students, both formal and informal, where they are afforded the appropriate opportunities to effect and assess the required changes in students’ behavior and monitor the outcomes of these influences within a well-planned educational policy framework.

Just as the teacher is important in establishing constructive human relationships with their students, they are also crucial in strengthening the bonds between the students themselves, satisfying their desires, and steering them away from concepts and values that contradict Islamic ethical principles. This is the aim of the research on the teacher's role in promoting social values among students.

To achieve these objectives, we relied on the descriptive method to understand the teacher's role in enhancing social values among students as it exists in reality. We also used a questionnaire tool to collect information from the field, which included 70 items composed of both male and female students selected through comprehensive surveying during the academic year 2023-2024.
